Something much more than a simple mountain bike race. It is the race that every biker would wish to compete in and to complete, as then one can justifiably claim : “I am a hero!!”. Since 2010 the HERO has become recognised as simply the world’s toughest and most fascinating mountain bike race. A race fot just a select few one might say. No, not at all, for every year 4,000 line up at the start.

Do you like tough pulsating races? Then this is one for you: a mountain bike marathon, unique of its kind with more than 8 kilometres of freeride downhill and a finish at a height of 2,275 metres in the Dolomites! Lots of effort will be required, but there will also be lots of fun in this race which is a non-stop challenge of thrills and pain, gasps and suffering. There is no greater emotion!
